Description
The frames from the Américani collection are made from HDCA (high-density cellulose acetate) in shades combining opal and shiny crystal. The Japanese stainless steel hinges ensure comfort and flexibility. The angles are sharp, and the diamond-tipped cutters provide a strong and consistent cut. A raw texture is revealed around the hinges and temples. This collection carries the elegance of a pivotal era; Rome in the 1950s. Hollywood’s great icons arrive in the Eternal City to film. Two visions of masculine elegance meet: American glamour on one side, Italian nonchalance, sprezzatura, on the other. From this encounter, something new is born: the Americani.
